What in the name of Annabelle's baby are people now buying for 260k and it's called labubu?
260k as in 260 thousand naira!!! Not 260 naira or 26 naira.
Last month, we heard Annabelle was missingā¦this month we're buying labubusā¦Okay!!
In case youāve been living peacefully under a rock, Labubu is a creepy designer doll from Hong Kong that looks like something youād see in a bad dream and people are buying it like it's gold-plated.
Was going through a post from pulsenigeria247's page on Instagram this morning and it said "with just a little over 200k you can secure your very own personalized demon" and I totally agree
Also saw a post on tiktok 2 days ago (You can check it out here) and the lady said the girl child in her made her buy it???

I've tried understanding why people are buying that thing and I've come to the conclusion that it's just to feel among because there's no way a sane person will spend that amount of money on a doll that's not even good looking.
Wait first....you people don't think about food??? You don't have cravings you want to settle? You don't want a new gadget? Is there nothing else you want to use money for than to buy a labubu??
Since this labubu talk started...head just dey pain me... because when I think of how the money for two labubus would have gotten me a very good laptop....(Poverty<<<<)
Maybe I'm just not the target market... maybe you need to cross a certain income threshold before Labubu starts looking like peace of mind instead of spiritual attack.
Anyways please incase you don't have what you're using your money for...and you want to hop on the labubu trend... please remember some of us that need money to buy a laptop or in some people's case..food.
